This is one of the best companies I have ever bought from. And Pauli couldn't have been more helpful and sweet. I purchased the Grafiko dress while I was on vacation in Barcelona. I accidently left it in the hotel closet and had it shipped but it went missing in the mail! I reached out to Arde and explained my situation and they did everything in their power to get me another one in my size - FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! After I purchased another Grafiko online, my original one showed up finally through the mail! I told Pauli that the original had arrived and asked if I could get a refund and it was no problem! Pauli refunded me without question. Not only is the dress PERFECT, this company is just amazing. Thank you Pauli and team. I will definitely buy more Arder in the future.
